I must be honest on this one!! Being sold AS Is Were IS. From outside it doesn't look too bad, newer shingles and newer siding Nice Bay window in the front with a large evergreen on either side of it. It's not even a smokers home. The kitchen has been replaced so its newer and functional, the bathroom is a 4 piece with a newer fibreglass tub/shower unit and vanity. Honestly once cleaned up its very usable. My problem is the layout, the flooring, the lighting and some issues with doors and floors, even a few broken windows! There is no furnace, a couple of baseboard heaters and 2 propane fireplaces for heat - one even works!! Its on a corner lot so not a huge backyard but lots on the front and side. At the moment you also get a n old upside down hot tub and the remnants of a couple of decks. The good thing is the 14 X 8 ft shed/workshop and a sort of paved 3 car driveway. Honest enough for YOU??
